21. twenty-one. 二十一。

no matter how i look at it, it's as good a number as any other. yet to many, it holds a special significance when represented as an age. perhaps because it signifies the coming of age. or perhaps it's a good excuse to hold a party where one may invite friends from different cliques, creating opportunites for them to meld. i wonder which way the scale will sway when you put the two on opposite end.

not that parties are bad. i got to put faces to a few names i've only been hearing before that day, so maybe i'll appear only half as lost when the RV freaks start talking about RV things again. and, i got to see faces i haven't seen in a while, it was good catching up. and, i got to dress up. and, it's always better being out with friends than rotting at home!

that all said, there will be no party for my 21st. just not my type to hold one. guess i've always been more of the reserved, and quiet kind of guy.

will upload pictures when i get them, and am not in a lazy mood. -nods-
