had a real sweet dream yesterday.

do our dreams really reflect what we want? because i have always led myself to believe that i've long since banished these thoughts into the darkest corner of no-return at the back of my mind. yet now they re-surface, relentlessly crushing the wall of defense i put up, disturbing the stability and normalcy i restored, tearing away bit by bit my sanctuary.

the dream was as unsettling as fulfilling. fulfilling what's otherwise unlikely in the world of the realist. unsettling as it zooms me out to dream world, evoking myriads of thought. just as well, i'll take it as a free night movie.
